I suppose we should get this out of the way....

Please remember that there are various legal issues surrounding mod chips and emulators. I assume that discussion about an emu and roms are acceptable but giving out url's and ftp's are not. I believe that mod chips themselves aren't illegal but some aspects of their use are. Same goes for region encoding on DVD's.
Please use your common sense so this forum doesn't become Bob's house of Warez n Crazy shiznits

the only thing that's illegal is roms (sorry kiddies :P), copied games & what not.........mod chips, emulators, consoles emselves etc are fair game :)

technically in australia ALL emulation is illegal because the sole purpose is to replace a console.
