Since the start of the year i have seen alot of differences in the way the game is being played from late last year.
One major change i have noticed is that 12 reports were made last week (not all players were suspended). Though it sort of makes you wonder how the game is being umpired, and how the players have come to play. I personally like more biff in the AFL. Not saying punching should be legal, or elbowing (Rhett Biglands as an eg.) but maybe letting alot more things should go. Alot of freekicks are being paid against players who seem to attack the player with the ball to viciously. They are getting Push in the back's or High tackles paid against them when what they are doing is just going for the ball hard.
Anyone else have any views on this?
