Does anyone ever watch this? It's on at 10:30pm Monday nights (in Melbourne, at least, not sure about other states) on channel 7. It's another one of those instances of the ABC losing one of their top rating television shows to a commercial network. But rather than GNW moving to Ten, now it's The Fat moving to 7.

Now admittedly, I never really got into The Fat while it was on ABC. I'd watch it occassionally if it happened to be on TV while I was in the living room. Again, I probably wouldn't have got into the Channel 7 incarnation unless it was on straight after 24 (which is one of the few shows I go out of my way to watch these days). But whatever the case, I've got into 110% Tony Squires now.

Besides the light comedy, they have some pretty good panel discussions regarding current issues in sport. Another favourite of mine is Sam Kekovich's minute long segment 'Kick Keka to Kanberra', which I'm still trying to work out if he's serious about being a politician or not.

Anyway, it might be on a bit late, but I find this a nice way to unwind at the end of a long hard Monday (the official gheyest day of the week). Plus it gives me something sports related to enjoy while I wait for the next episode of The Footy Show. I recommend taking a look if anyone hasn't all ready.

PS: This should probably be in the TV Forum, but it's a show about sports, so let's let it slide.

i used to watch the FAT because it was just cool and suited my timetable of watching tv.

i dont watch 110% because i don't like 24, so there's no reason for me to want to wait and watch 110%

i used to go and watch the fat live all the time at the abc studios in syd (as well as backberner).

The new show is good and everything, but i miss the slight tackiness that abc shows have :(

I went to the filming of one of the pilot episodes of 110% it was pretty entertaining. Took a tad longer than i thought it would but they kept the audience involved and interesting for us. They even gave us candy, I of course being the annoying smart ass i am had to open them as loudly and quickly as possible.

Mel Symonds was one of the trivia players when we were there. HOT DAMN IS SHE HOT!

? Shes not a host on the show, she used to host Saturday Disney and is now on Ground Force. Shes a Brunette...Last time i tried looking for a pic of her but was pretty unsuccessful so my willpower to produce a pic has diminished.

Oh wait i think they call it laziness.
